There is an old saying that goes “If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got”. For some companies, “getting what they always got” was OK. It allowed them to exist in a comfort zone without ever tackling the difficulties and uncertainties of change. However, the ever deepening global economic crisis of the last few years has now led to a situation where not facing change and not doing things differently, is no longer an option for companies who want to survive.

 

Survival is dependent on learning being faster than the rate of change.

The underpinning focus of TLC-i is to move companies and individuals from a reactive to a “mindful” state of mind and action and take out the 'stupid' behaviours that inevitably lead to accidents or failures.


Mindfulness is a way of thinking and working that transforms the everyday into the exceptional. It is a way of being that fulfils potential and creates high performing, resilient and mindful people and organisations.


Successful organisations are mindful ones. Mindful organisations are all around. They can be of any size, take many forms and shapes and can be found in all sectors. All our interventions are delivery mechanisms to create a mindful organisation culture.
